PETA, the largest animal rights organization in the world, plans to setup a controversial billboard, which will star philandering pro-golfer Tiger Woods near his Isleworth home in suburban Orlando. People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals plans to unveil and use Tiger’s likeness on a billboard that reads: “Too Much Sex Can Be a Bad Thing … For Little Tigers Too. Help Keep Your Cats (and Dogs) Out of Trouble: Always Spay or Neuter! PETA.”

Following the 34 year-old Pro golfer’s televised public apology, the former porn star Joslyn James, real name Veronica Siwik-Daniels, who was one of Tiger Wood’s alleged mistresses broke down in tears.
